Personal data protection

This policy describes how ON-FIRE SpA ("ON-FIRE") handles the information you provide on the website www.on-fire.com (the "Website").

The data you provide through the contact form becomes part of ON-FIRE's database. ON-FIRE commits to protecting that data and keeping it strictly confidential.

The information is used to answer your query, contact you for the reason you indicated and, if you agree, send you information about OnFire. ON-FIRE assumes the data was entered by its owner accurately, correctly and truthfully.

Stored information

ON-FIRE may store the identifying information you provide through the contact form: name, company or venue, email address, phone number, type of operation and the message you write. It may also store the IP address and anonymous browsing data (pages visited, browser, source of the visit) to identify server issues and administer the Website.

Acceptance

Using the Website implies acceptance of this policy. If you disagree with it, you should refrain from using the Website.

Access, correction, deletion and objection rights

You can exercise at any time your rights to know, correct, update and delete your personal data, and the other rights established under Chilean law. To do so, write to contacto@on-fire.com. Deletion takes effect within the two business days following the request.

ON-FIRE guarantees adequate security levels for the administration and custody of data and has put in place the measures within its reach to prevent its loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and extraction.

Cookies

The Website uses a single visit-measurement tool (Google Analytics), and only if you accept the cookie notice. If you choose "Necessary only", the Website does not install any measurement cookie. You can change your choice by clearing the site's data in your browser. Measurement cookies are used to know how many people visit each page and where from; they do not identify anyone by name.

Confidentiality of information

Data is used only in the ways described in this policy. ON-FIRE does not exchange, sell or lease your personal information to third parties, except where it is publicly known or a court order or legal rule requires it to be handed over to the competent authority.

Security mechanisms

ON-FIRE employs various security techniques to protect personal data from unauthorized access. As a service provided over the Internet, it is not responsible for illegal interceptions or violations of its systems by unauthorized persons, nor for the misuse of information obtained through those means.

Severability

If any clause of this policy is declared wholly or partially void, the remaining clauses stay in effect.

ON-FIRE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from the use of the Website is submitted to the Courts of the city of Santiago.
